Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to All!
I was absolutely spoiled yesterday when an amazing package arrived from Pearl in Wisconsin.
Boy Pearl, you sure know how to spoil a girl!! Something tells me you have had lots of practice!!
Pearl's ornament was amazing - a beautiful "old world" Santa with tons of beads, and beautiful stitching! On top of that, lovely cheese and sausage from Wisconsin...handmade chocolates (oh my gosh), and 3 skeins of pearl cotton. My goodness. It was such a nice treat to receive, especially after the "let down" after Christmas. It was cherry on top of the cake.
Thanks, Pearl for all your efforts and special thoughts - for this - my first ornament exchange.
Thanks also to Simone for organizing. This is the kind of thing that makes the world seem a little smaller!
